Should the lowest lying areas that flooded during Hurricane Katrina be rebuilt?

yes, a lot of homes were torn apart from all the water. A family that had hurricane katrina 
 
pass through their home came to my communty. Their kids came to the school  l  used to go to. when they left they wrote to my school.

No. The reason is because we need that money to go toward the Iraqi war, finding a cure to cancer, helping the poor, and raising America. If we give all that money away to rebuild a small place that often gets destroyed by torandos, hurricanes, and other dangerous weathers, then other people might not get money they need too. we need to help everyone.

Yes they should be rebuilt. I thinkthe people that live there want Loauisana to look like it did before the hurricane.
