 The "M" Word

I probably already posted this...I accidentally hit a button while I as typing, so...anyway, what is memoir? And, moderator, can I call you Bronwen?

A memoir is a piece of writing about an event in your life that has already occurred. The word sounds like "memory"-- writing about a memory.
