It is 1658.  The people of Oklahoma were forced to leave their homes.  The Wyoming Territory would become their new home.  A woman named Suaan (soo-on) was keeping a diary of her travels, troubles, and hardships.  Here is one inspiring diary entry by Suaan.

December 31, 1658

We are fighting through hunger and thirst.  Over half of our peers died, including my husband, Jedidiah.  Our animals are weak and dieing.  The weather is like a grizzly bear, trying to eat us for dinner.  I begged the Lord for a marical, and a great one.  Even though we are going through so much we all think on the possitive side.  The sick and injured aare being cared for in the infermery wagon.  Yet, I think we are on the trail to home.
